About Jessica

Jessica Hosfeld has been a certified Group Exercise instructor for the past 13 years teaching Bootcamp, Strength, Cycling and high intensity cardio classes. She currently lives in Northern, Virginia with her husband and four son’s where she is very involved in the community as well as organized sports with her boys. Jessica is a graduate of The University of Akron in Ohio with a degree in International Business and French. She is the Marketing Director at The Fitness Equation and teaches group fitness classes. Jessica has competed in numerous races, including the Akron Half Marathon, Akron Relay, Warrior Dashes, Farmathlons and many others. She's a sports enthusiast with a passion for softball and pitching. She played softball most of her life receiving a college scholarship for pitching.

If you come to Bulldog Fitness Bootcamp you will find that Jessica motivates her members and helps them achieve their fitness goals whether it be training for a race, loosing weight, or completing that extra push-up! She has passion for what she does & pushes you to give 110%!

At BFBC, classes are geared toward high intensity interval training to help burn fat, increase your cardiovascular endurance and to help you get in great shape! The different styles of exercises you will encounter include plyometric drills, Tabata style workouts, core, strength, endurance & more. You will encounter a different workout each class! Modifications are shown throughout the class. All fitness levels are welcome! If you want to be pushed to your max, build camaraderie and you enjoy the outdoors then this is the class for you!
