Drop-In Fee/Class: $7.00 OR $35/Month

WHAT IS BFBC?

BFBC classes are geared toward high intensity interval training to help burn fat, increase your cardiovascular endurance and help you get in great shape! The different styles of exercises you will encounter are plyometric drills, Tabata style workouts, core, strength, endurance & more. You will encounter a different workout each class! Modifications are shown throughout class. All fitness levels are welcome! If you want to be pushed to your max, build camaraderie and you enjoy the outdoors then this is the class for you!

DETAILS

  • If you have any flu or Covid like symptoms, you will not be able to attend class.

  • If you are new to BFBC you must fill out a waiver before participating.

  • Please bring a mat and water.
